We are a group of four students participating in the Food 4 Thought grand challenge of 2016. Our main aim is to change eating behaviour during exams period at university, as anxiety can lead to poor eating lifestyle. This is a problem as the consumption of unhealthy foods often result in lack of concentration, tiredness, and overall poor performance in exams. We want to encourage a healthier lifestyle by providing convincing facts and ideas of what to do in and outside campus. Our future goal would be to increase the availability of healthier food options within campus.
